Ok i was at my local court house collecting information on foreclosed homes and i met a guy collecting almost like info but he was looking for info on homes that where on earth not yet surrounded by foreclosure. I asked him if he was thinking in the order of buying a home and he told me that he collects this info and sells them to actual estate investors. My question is, is at hand any good money contained by selling information like that and how would i dance about selling it? gratitude for any answers
Answers: Not anymore, since as mentioned before, here are many other services already contained by place. And the big Realtor Companies have their own gridiron set up to gather those informations. PLUS in the present day many cities own their court system online set up and Realtors pay a excise to access those informations directly.
If you are interested in the Real Estate souk in nonspecific and would like manufacture money in that nouns, why don't you go and hire on at your local Realtor bureau ( a bigger one like century, remax, prudential,or so). Mant times they hire friendly citizens (no experience needed), to start out by answering the phones, and even going to do the research ( to what I heard they also settle up pretty ok).
Good luck.
Sorry to bust that bubble.
You might want to keep your light of day job long possession. This is more speculative than investing yourself in actual estate. Yes, there is money contained by it right now, but near are many services that provide that information. Real investors want that information as soon as it is file... before others win to the homeowners. If you can do that you might make a few bucks, but it's a long shot.
