Pros and Cons of Renting a 3bed room apartment or a 3bedroom house, which is better?

My friends and I are trying to find a three bedroom apartment or house. Can anyone help me beside a pros and cons list? I am the one who is doing almost adjectives the research and setting up appointments, ect. So I want some other tools to show my friends. I'd prefer an apartment, but a house would be fine too.

Thanks so much!

Answers:    The best approach would probably to look at both quantitatively and qualitatively.
In the quantitative analysis:
How much is the rent?
What is the square footage?
How big are the bedrooms?
How many bathrooms are in attendance?
What is the age of the house/apartment?
When was the later renovation?
What is the property value (you can bring that from the county auditor's website)?
How much are the utilities anticipated to be (is one better insulated or have newer appliances)?
In the qualitative analysis:
What is the overall condition of the house/apartment?
What is the neighborhood close to?
Is there straightforward access for moving?
What is the yard or community countryside condition?
How comfortable do you feel next to the landlord?
Is here a good keep program?

These are just the things that would be key to me if I was going to rent a place near someone. Hope this helps you bring back started
Apartment you dont need to do any courtyard work. House you have a patio. Apartments are usally cheaper. Its really personal preference. Apartments are for populace usually with no pets and do not inevitability a large patio. Also when you live in an apartment, you're going to money less rest and own no yard work consequently if you rented a house.
It pretty much depends on the apartment and house prices. You should always return with a house over apartment if it's affordable because it's kind of similar to leasing a car. You clear and pay and wage, but it'll never be YOURS. Eventually you'll pay rotten the house and it'll be yours. ONLY if you can afford it, though. If you plan on it being something conditional, just rent an apartment. Otherwise, buy a house. :) so who mows the grass ? etc. With an apartment you know its not you. House landlords dream up you are thier janitor plus the rent payer. for get it.
Well, you wouldn't hold to worry roughly speaking any noise you be paid (to a point) in a house, you own a yard to own a bbq in or suntan contained by, more square footage (most times), larger kitchen (most times), more privacy, and lower electricity bills (crazy, but i've known it to be true)

i'm done w/ apartments. i rented houses to start past its sell-by date w/ (even at 18yrs old) because i never wanted to live within an apartment. when my husband and i married he wasn't ready for a house (to buy or rent, don't ask- it be a long argument lol) and now that we've done 2 apartments i'm so done beside it and he sees my point of vision on the whole house piece now that i've tried to explain that you can gain a bigger house w/ more perks for indistinguishable price as an apartment
The house would probably be larger and afford you more privacy. You would have use of the patio, which you probably would not in an apartment. The house would most predictable be more expensive, than the apartment rental. Parking would be easier for the house. You would have to check to see who pays the utilities, dampen, electric. Apartments sometimes come with the refrigerator, houses dont usually. Washer and Dryer may be contained by the house already, or you can hook them up. That is easier than going to the laundromat. Hope that helped.
