Me and my patrner want to private rent, most letting agets want to do a credit check, however both our credit ratings are bad and will more than credible fail the credit check, fritter away our time and money.
Does anyone know of any letting agents in birmingham that don't do credit checks or other ways round this?
Answers: 1. Low-end apartments might be more forgiving on the credit check.
2. Get someone to cosign next to you that has well-mannered credit.
3. Deal with places that aren't part of a set of a big company--just a private owner renting out a few apartments. Some of them won't do credit checks at all.
4. Try to convince the small private owner to allow you to rent underneath certain conditions that may engineer them feel more comfortable. For example, repay 2 months rent when you move in, and later pay an extra month ahead of time from in attendance on out. Agree to a larger security deposit if you own to.
Try to bring something to show that while you made bad credit decision in the recent past, you're cleaning up your act. An example would be current bill statements (credit card, electricity bills, whatever) showing that you're paying them contained by full and on time very soon (or at least reducing the debt on the credit cards if you own some). It also helps to bring along things approaching a bank statement, if you own an account beside enough money to cover a few months of rent, or a paystub to prove that you are making plenty money to cover the cost of rent.
Get whoever you're renting from/with now to provide you beside a letter clich¨¦ that you're paying rent on time beside them (if you're renting with others right now).
if you be a property owner, would you rent to someone
like you?
why not find a lease=purchase condo?
also, bottom train rentals in most cities require no
credit checksk
