Answers:   some leases are worded so that anyone who stays contained by your apartment more than x days per week must be on the lease, usually 3 or 4. if he doesn't sleep there, next there is no problem. own him find another place to sleep at least segment of the time, and you will be fine.

Actually, If you vacate the apartment without consideration it will most likely be considered a skip or if they asked you to remedy or vacate and you choose to vacate next it will probably be considered an eviction which will be very costly to you since they will charge you for everything including court costs to report the eviction. I would recommend either tallying on the guest to the lease or paying the settlement fees to break your lease which will be less costly and easier on your credit within the long run.
