Question in the order of buying a house and getting out of the army?

ok, i have a snatched question for you guys.

I am getting out of the Army within about a year and I want to go and get a house. I'll have almost $15-20K saved up and I'll set out the Army with a bachelor's of business supervision so i won't have a problem finding a work.

My question is , what are the likelihood of a lender approving me 6 months before I grasp out of the Army for a home when they know i'm going to get out. My plan is to fly down here before I bring out, put in an submit on a house I like, finish what paperwork I can near, then finish closing wager on here in Alaska. I can smoothly pay the undamaged first year's mortgage in credit and easily find another undertaking.

Serious answers only and would be really encouraging if i get a lender's, etc. comments. Thanks

Answers:    Truthfully, if they know you're separating, they probably won't lend. You may be better sour waiting until you have 12-24 months of civilian employment on your dictation.
