Where could we buy estate and build a yurt, within a mild climate next to low humidity implicit a nice trail or passageway?

Answers:    I enjoy seen yurts built surrounded by West Virginia...

But WV winters are too cold.. and the summers are too hot and humid..

And vacation homes are susceptible to vandal and criminals.. stealing anything of value on unguarded properties..
