Answers: I actually purely got preapproved to purchase a trial home with a pretty nice interest rate at http://www.virginiabeachvamortgage.com/ and they be very encouraging. It is my first time purchasing a home.
They also have a page where on earth you can check the daily rates. My rate in reality ended up person lower then the rate on that page though because I qualified for an FHA loan and I am a first time home buyer. Make sure to ask around FHA rates.

The "best rate" depends on many variables. Credit score, amount of down payment, type of loan, ( Are you a Vet?) etc. If you are a first time home buyer, and necessitate 100% financing, check for USDA loans. But, if you can document your income, have 700 credit score, not lots of other debt, and sufficent income to qualify, 20% down,figure on 5.625% for a 30 year no points.
