i was looking at some ad for purchasing a land within mumbai.
one thing am trying to infer is that, in some of the ad
it says total ground area is 1500 sq foot, and built up is 2000sq ft
how is that possible, because we are not supposed to built more than the total land nouns right.please clarify me if am wrong
