Putting an extend on a house to be exact man sold as subject to guard approval?

When putting a contract on a house being sold as a pre foreclosure do both the street trader and the seller mound have to approve of the bestow or just the hawker bank.

Answers:    I'm not sure something like a pre-foreclosure but on the foreclosure, the bank is immediately the seller. See if you can't ask the mound. If the home is foreclosed the banker no longer care about the previous owner and the previous owner is out of the transaction.

Make sure you receive the home insepcted.
Make sure you get a survey
trademark sure you get an engineers report
brand name sure you charge that back to the hill since they won't give you a seller disclosure.
make sure you negotiate contained by your favor, they don't care around the house as long as they get their money spinal column. It's easier because they are not emotionally attached to the home as a family would be.
The wholesaler should have to approve the bestow. Don't know why the seller wouldn't, otherwise. You're probably discussion about a short public sale where the public sale of the house won't be enough to pay cheque off the mortgage and the sandbank will have to approve any such Dutch auction because it is going to lose money on the deal. The wholesaler can't sell it minus bank approval of the proposal and acceptance of the short Dutch auction. If the seller still owns the house (which I assume the hawker does if it is being offered as a short mart rather than a foreclosure), next the actual contract to purchase is between you and the seller subject to the hill approval.
If indeed it is PRE-foreclosure . . . then its not the bank decision as the home is not their as of however and the home owner still has the competency to sell their own home and appropriate responsibility for what the mortgage is on that home.

When it is actually foreclosed . . . one is dealing near the bank or financial institution when purchasing.
