I'm 21 and thinking about moving out. i hold a few questions to whether it's best to lease or buy a house or condo, or even apartment. i don't resembling the idea of renting because it's a excess of money..
i don't have any income that i can prove. but i will start file taxes next year and my income will be approximately 40-50k/year. my credit mark is almost perfect. Should i lease or buy a place and how much loan can i afford(and how much will i be qualified for)? or am i better sour renting for now? if you say aloud i should lease..how does leasing exactly work? how much or my "rent" will go towards buying the place if i resolve to buy?
also, since i'm a college student will i have any give support to from the government (with tuition or any other help) since i'm considered "low income" or am i on my own since i want to own?
