i was told by an agent that Southern Ontario's indisputable estate market follows Toronto's. If prices are up surrounded by TO then they step up everywhere. Is this true?
Answers: Well, out to a certain band around Toronto they do. People who can't afford the center go out for a moment further, people who can't afford that shift further still. So sure Toronto prices affect Oakville and Oshawa, etc.
Once you get far plenty away there isn't much influence - similar to Windsor it has its own monetary climate.
