Grants are almost excusively for educational institutions and non-profit organization registered with the IRS (takes 3 yrs after establishment to do this!). No profit-making or "business" scheme qualifies for grant (one exception I've found: microloans and grants to homebound disabled & unemployable welfare mothers who can start their own business on $500 or smaller amount.)
If you have money, a business plan, pro forma financials, experience contained by real estate, etc. as powerfully as suitable education for what you plan to do, SBA have a small business loan program. Apply through your bank, or contact SCORE for more info. Buying a house "for a business purpose" is not expected to qualify, however. And you need a track transcript in the business.
