While going through a divorce a lien was put on my house to ensure that a debt of $10,000 be paid bad. Since then it have been rewarded off but the lien holder have not removed the lien. What forms need to be file with the court to enjoy this lien removed? I've search for forms but haven't have any luck finding them. If you have the forms please write spinal column so that they can be emailed/faxed to me. I would greatly appreciate this. Thanks...
