I would like to move to South NJ. I would close to to know if their are any nice neighborhoods (for me ,my wife and 2 month old).I am looking for a 2 bedroom 1+ bathroom house for under $175k. I would similar to to be within 30 minutes or smaller number of Cape May. Any knowledge or suggestions would be appreciated.

I close to Toms River, but it might be a little more than 30 min. from Cape May. I don't assume it's going to be easy finding a house for 175k. unless you move about for a foreclosure or maybe a sheriff's Dutch auction, good luck !also, Manahawkin and Waretown are ok too I only went to a ethnic group party at a cousin's latest home in Jackson. It's soooo nice contained by that area! I don't know much around NJ or what's near in attendance, but I do know it's not far from Philadelphia and also that Jackson is where Six Flags is.
