Answers:   Yes. It is called an "as complete" appraisal. No worries. They will know that this isn't how your house will be when it is done. No biggie - they see it ALL the time. All construction projects hold to be appraised. A lot of the time they might only obtain to see the dirt that the house will be built on! (and of course blue prints and building plans etc)...
