Am I officially responsible to foot the rent?

I got surrounded by to a six month apartment lease contract where my rent would be $1000 a month. Four months within to the lease I bought a house and gave my tenant a 30-day writen notice of the termination of my possession. The lease contract does not indicate in any track that I have to be paid any payment for the remaining time within the event I decided to call off the lease before the fall of the lease period. However, the proprietor insisted I that I have to manufacture full rent through the end of the six month length. Am I still responsible to make contribution for the rest of the lease period? I live surrounded by California. Thanks

What question should I ask the landlord/owner when I'm looking into rent a condo?

Answers:   Yes, it is a 6 month lease, you are responsible to pay it for 6 months. By defaulting you have to payment for six months, that is what the lease is something like, it has a occupancy that expires and it is valid until that date.

From what you have said you owe 2000 plus any court expenses caused by your betrayal of the lease. You forfeited your deposit by breaking your contract.

Need back near buying ground.?

You are responsible for the full term of the lease or until the innkeeper gets another tenant within. Your contract does not indicate what your payment should be if you breach the contract because.you can't breach the contract. You owe for the remaining month. My insist on is to pay or obverse a judgment on your credit report and a possible lien on your tentative house. A lease is an agreement to occupy and pay the agreed rental for the interval stipulated in the lease.

The best you can hope for is a settlement, agreed upon between you and your tenant, for the remaining rent.

If we are using a VA loan to buy a house, does our credit hold to be well-mannered?

I am not sure about Cali., but surrounded by most states you have to own a reason to stop midstream your lease. This reason would own to be something at the fault of the tenant etc etc a six month lease - means you are responsible for paying the rent for 6 months - not 5 months -
there's not much of an argument on this one

Who would i hold to parley to at a ridge nearly foreclosures??

yes If in that is nothing within the contract stating any early termination fees or any salary made in the event you wish to terminate, I don't see where on earth they can enforce it. The best thing to do would be to ask a private attorney their assessment. A good website for to be precise www.allexperts.com, which have population that are licensed attorney's that can answer it.
