My question is, do we still go and get the appraisal report considering we paid $300 for it?
Answers: Contrary to what someone said here if the hill ordered the appraisal you cannot get the report from the appraiser. In this satchel the bank is the "client" and the appraiser may not tender you the report without written authorization from the bank. This is true even if you salaried the appraiser for the appraisal.
The controlling factor her is who "ordered" the appraisal. Whoever ordered the appraisal is technically the client and you must get the copy from them.
If they still won't afford it to you contact your state banking department.

You are legally entitled to it. The problem near the bank is they don't want you to walk elsewhere to get your loan...even though they denied you. They are Sofa king retarded. Anyways...you remunerated for it...you have the right to it.but they don't want to dispense it up...you would have to stir to court over it...it isn't worth it. Ask them very politely...if they utter no...ask for their manager...if they voice no...ask for the manager's manager. Try 3 or 4 times. If you still don't bring back it.you'll have to salary for another. You paid for it, it yours merely call the appraiser and request it be e-mail to you. If it was done though your lender telephone call them and ask for it. I had one done on one of my houses though one lender and consequently switch lenders. I just have them mail me a copy.
