I am looking for a neighborhood that has lots of childish families as powerfully as an older mix. A place where on earth you see people outside walking and chatting. Does such a place exist contained by Richmond without have to live 10 miles out of town?? Oh yeah-low crime too!!
Answers: Well, My neighbourhood is on the medium coast and All the people within our street get out, parley to each other, The Kids play, There are kids range from ages 5-14 and the Adults get together, drink their beers chat almost what happens that light of day, all the men play golf, babyish and old couples and we hold a GREAT time. on saturday night we get out in the coldesack and have a big bonfire and it was great! You should come and check it out;
When I first moved to Richmond, I told my Realtor that I needed to live in the city, but surrounded by an area of the city where on earth I could feel protected, walk my dog at 11 pm if obligatory, etc. My Realtor at the time said that if I wanted nontoxic, then I didn't want the city. So I moved to the Far West End. Since getting into the valid estate business & getting to know lots of different areas, I have myself moved to the Bellevue nouns in the northside of the city. Here I find that it is really resembling a neighborhood - people speak across the fence, at hand is a nice mix of people who hold been within the area for 40+ years who own raised kids in attendance while having childlike couples & families next to young kids living in attendance. And having be a Realtor for well over 12 years, I own gotten to know other areas of the city and the county where I suppose you will find the same generous of neighborliness.
