I am a bit confuse going on for that home, are they waiting at someone to pay first back they start building? What they mean by THIS IS NOT A EASEMENT. SOLD AS LAND VALUE ONLY. Am I buying the topography only? is it moral deal anyway, consider median home price aleady cost similar to 100k more than in that city. How long usually might it give somebody a lift to build those home, so i am basically remunerated first even before they build it?

It is severely misleading. I would expect that from Redfin. If you are interested in this, find an agent outside this company to lend a hand. This would allow them to be working for you and find out the real truth of it. The territory value seem to be based on zillow.com, which is not at adjectives accurate.
