I am a bit confuse going on for that home, are they waiting at someone to pay first back they start building? What they mean by THIS IS NOT A EASEMENT. SOLD AS LAND VALUE ONLY. Am I buying the topography only? is it moral deal anyway, consider median home price aleady cost similar to 100k more than in that city. How long usually might it give somebody a lift to build those home, so i am basically remunerated first even before they build it?
