I'm trying to find a place to rent for 4th of july weekend in oceanside, ca, so I come across a website called http://BetterThanAMotel.com/ . Has anyone rented through them or do you deduce this is legit? I don't want to find myself in a scam, so please if you can present any help. gratitude in finance

Help next to polite spot?

Answers:   This looks like an independent site similar to several sites I'm familar beside. The only problem is that you don't hold much time so it might not be availble and there are no pictures to sort any kind of judgement. That doesn't aim that it's not on the level but you'll own to make contact beside them to get any information.

You may want to thieve a look at www.homeaway.com. It's the same model and your renting directly from the owner. The site has lots of pictures of respectively property and a nice search engine that allows you to pick location and date so that it will show only the properties that are available. From here you can make contact near the owner and set-up the rental. I checked Oceanside for your dates and near several listings. Also, if you are a little flexible you can look surrounded by surrounding areas. Another similar site is www.vrbo.com. They typically have relatively a few properties but the site isn't quite as assured to use.

Between those two you should be able to find something you resembling. If not, there are others that you cold probably find by a Google force out.

Where can I find valid estate forms for any state?

I have not hear of that website, but here are some that I have hear of (and advertise on, since I own a leave rental).

www.vrbo.com, www.vacationrentals.com

www.homeaway.com is the biggest Vacation Rental website. They also operate www.a1vacations.com, www.cyberrentals.com and www.greatrentals.com.
