I reside in Dallas Texas. My apartment flooded because of the hot dampen heater busted! Apparently I be the only one this have happen to! The hose down heater be very dated and had rotted to the floor. This be on Saturday 5/17/08 at 4:30 in the morning and the maintanence crew didn't nearby until 9 am. I'm only going away because of the this situation. I went to the bureau to find out when my lease was up and it's up on 5/31/08. I turned within my 30 day make out Sunday morning! I spoke with the principal and she said that's fine. I found and moved in to another apart on 5/20/08. I'm simply moving because of the damaged to my apartment from the wet and the maintanence crew! The manager call be back and said that I enjoy to stay for 30 days or pay for June. Can she do that??

Answers:   Without have the lease in front of me complicated to say, But if you have a fixed term lease vote from 5/31/07 to 5/31/08 then below a fixed term lease no see is required if you leave at the finish off of the lease, now if you did not move the fixed possession would go month to month near same terms
