Are pre-fabricated homes severely moral feature?

I thought about buying a pre-fab home, but I enjoy heard some inhabitants say that they are cheaply built and start deteriating after 10 years. I guess equal could be said of any home that you own if you don't take nurture of it, but these people be saying that it in actuality falls apart after several years. I don't know whether to believe this or not, so I though that I would ask the runeye.com community.
If you know that they are of good feature, could you include a link to a website for pre-fabricated homes?

Pre-fabricated homes aren't a concrete description. Most home have some division that are pre-fabricated. There are different types of pre-fab systems. Some have walls that are pre-fab, roof components, others are built bad sight total but those would be any modular or manufactured. The differences are what is important. Any type of construction can be built very well or built poorly.
