Answers: After the Conservative Government within the 'eighties did away with rented council housing and discouraged modern build, the prices went up to unprecedented level as in a bazaar economy, shortages make higher prices. Our problem now is we are not building adequate homes for rent and too many family are hoping to make fortunes over rising prices and are reluctant to adopt that the bubble of ever increasing value have finally burst. Our problem is underbuilding, not overbuilding. My heart goes out to adjectives the solicitors and estate agents looking for proper jobs, very soon they cannot live on other people's fat any longer!
