I also make up media hype to show off our properties. I christen tenants when they are give or take a few to be late so the Manager does not enjoy to waste time beside late notice when a tenant just forgets. I prepare the deposits (I dont know if your allowed to do that contained by job). I personally bring to know each tenant, some own become great friends. The manager see that I will spend time with a retired man from service only talking and making him aware that we perfectionism about his hours of daylight, which I care anyway. He see that I take an interest surrounded by our tenant's and that helps some. Ask question about the opening, questions that create them think, those 'What If' question that usually don't get asked. This course you will learn your duty to the best of your ability and shows that you are interesed within your position.
