I have no environment of anything criminal, nothing. My credit otherwise wasnt so hot a few years back. Ive owned 2 homes and sold them, So that portion is good. Ive have no issues with homes.rentals. Im not sure what shows on a credit report and what they are looking for. I hold some credit cards from yrs ago that are in collections.

Answers: They do not want criminals living within thier apartments and only nation who have polite credit and pay their bills in good time.

As to what landlords are looking for is someone who will clear the rent on time and not make worse their property. It's hard to voice exactly what each property owner will want and expect. If you're dealing directly beside someone and can explain the bad credit card debt, they may find you sincere and be predisposed to rent to you. It's going to depend on the person.

The collections are not perfect, they prove that you will refuse to wages bills.
I personally check for evictions and charge back. I also check for dead trounce dads, if they owe child support they can hit the road, I don't want to look at them let alone rent.
While collections are fruitless, if they are being salaried I over look them as long as there is something polite on there. Paying your mortgages would be a tremendously good entry to see.
