My husband and I are looking to move from Sydney to Hobart. We think it would be a great place to live and bring to the fore a family. We want to rent for 6 months or so while we achieve ourselves set up in a alien place, and then buy a property (house <$250K).
Just wondering if anyone have advice for apt suburbs that have the kind of affordable properties we are after. I would hate to buy our first house contained by a bad nouns just because I'm not adapted with Hobart. A enumerate of generally poor areas would be SO appreciated.
