Answers: When we were lokking at them, the remains prices were between $60,000. and $100,000. not counting come to rest, permits ect. This be for a 100% compltete house. They do offer 3 different level of completion which would change the price. I believe it's 50% complete and 90% complete which is no flooring, baseboards and such. This price be in inside Texas, Your price would be affected by local labor costs.
