While this may give the impression of being like a great path to make money, right very soon the business is suffering tremendously. You should talk near several Realtors in your nouns and their Brokers to get a right idea of what is involved. Sometimes population don't understand that is to say will be "YOUR" business. While you'll be supervised by your Broker, if you don't do the prospecting, you won't have any business and not put together any money. If you decide to move forward and become a Realtor, select a firm that have good training for alien people, resembling Coldwell Banker, or other national Real Estate Firms. The small local firms will tell you they own good civilizing tools but trust me, they only want a heat up body that will pay them 55% of respectively commission plus take expenses from that!
