I'm 26 years old & single. I'm looking to live contained by a safe, trendy nouns of Charlotte.for no more than $950 a month in rent. The closer to uptown, the better (although, I know it's highly expensive near that area). Any planning?
Answers: Welcome to Charlotte! You are going to love it here!
Southpark, Dilworth, NoDa, or Plaza-Midwood areas are all trendy and close to uptown. Plaza-Midwood would probably be the least possible expensive. But visit the places until that time you rent. Charlotte is still working on weeding out the discouraging spots. Turning down the wrong street in any of these GREAT areas will well take you to a discouraging area.
Yeah. Apartment guide.com buddy!! Downtown Charlotte is nice and out of danger when compared to other cities downtown. $950 in rent should achieve you pretty much downtown...add another $100 or $200 and you'd be a shoe surrounded by. Expensive? Maybe if you're buying a condo downtown but you''re renting. You're 26 like myself and single and prepared to pay $950 within rent, I can tell you're doing aight b/c my mortgage is smaller quantity than that. I would also consider checking classified to see who's looking for a roomate in downtown Charlotte..possibly a loft. That way you can go and get the full downtown experience. Use the link I provided and you'll see how far your $$ will walk.

Charlotte, NC is great, but the taxes are high and crime is dignified. Why don't you try the outskirts of Charlotte, I live in Rock Hill, SC. 20-30 minutes south of Charlotte. It is a great nouns and you get more house for your money. For $950 a month you could attain a 3BR2BA apartment. Actually you could proably get a single home home for the same price. Good luck.
