i similar to realtytrac.com which has a free 7-day trial devotion, but that's not long enough because buying foreclosed or pre-foreclosed homes is time-consuming. next to the market man down, the auctions won't be a bargain, next the homes are owned by the banks (REO: legitimate estate owned). you could find some REO bargains, but they bring listed on the MLS beside local agents, thus making realtytrac.com useless.
it is a decent snooping tool though.
