Answers: Have you tried working with a realtor. The MLS is usually the best place to place for get rid of listings, but you can also try Zillow.com and Realtytrac.com. i believe Zillow is free but Realtytrac charges a fee. Hope I help.

Depending on whether or not you are the Realtor, Builder or Owner may dictate how you advertise. Sites similar to Trulia and Realtor.com require you to be licensed to sell material estate and possibly a member of the MLS.
If you're not licensed, or if you're the owner of the property and selling it FSBO, you enjoy plenty of options. With a investigational home you're selling the community as much, if not more, than you're selling the home itself and that can really lend itself to pay-per-click hype.
