Answers: The nouns by the citrus bowl is not so great. Waterford lakes is nice but the traffic is unbridled with the near university, very busy nouns. I have lived within Orlando for 20 years.
I grew up in Dr Phillips, If you own kids this is a nice area great school. Very well taken effort of, good shopping and restaurants. Dr Phillips 32819, Windermere 34786 and Winter Park 32789 are three of the most prestigous areas contained by Orlando.
Downtown Orlando is one of my favorites because it is not your cookie cutter houses, it has a bit more culture. More of an eclectic be aware of.
Luckily for you its a buyers market so you can get hold of incredible deals on some great houses.
