My boyfriend is moving in and we are surrounded by agreement we need a lawful document that he will pay partially of the bills and if anything should happen or when the house is sold he will find half the equity from the house or a % of the equity that he be around for. Does anyone know what kind of document I will stipulation and if I can find it on the net.

Can u make clear to me the stamp duties for buying ground contained by kerala panchayath nouns accdording to the most modern rules?

Answers:   First - it depeneds on the state you live surrounded by. For example, Virginia is Commonwealth Law state and if your boyfriend lives with you and pays partially of the everything for more than 7 years, it is as if you were married - check state law on line. It's free and will be worth your time.

As for him getting partly of your equity - Are you crazy? You bought the house and lived there back you met him. Draw up a renters agreement and have him sign it, indicating how much rent and utilities will be for him; renewable respectively year. This way - if things dance South in your relationship it will be strickly a business transaction and any court will see that. A deposit written into the agreement will also cover your butt - you never know what will come up down the road.

If things esclate in a positive direction and you want to marry, then you can consider refinancing and supply his name to the achievement. You've got plenty of time for that!

Where can I find a free detail of foreclosure condos within West Hollywood, California. Thanks!?

You really should see an attorney. These humane of documents need to be rightfully correct or you end up near a big ole can of worms.

Personally, I think it is a exceptionally bad perception. Since you own the house, that means you own already put money into it and have some equity.

Does paying partly of everything merely include the mortgage and utilities? That would really just be rent. Is he going to contribute equally to the preservation, upkeep, and improvements as well? You will necessitate to address all these things.

Also, you really inevitability a what if clause. If he leaves, how will you determine the current property value? He should one and only get partially the equity for the period he contributes.

I want to find a website beside list of forclosure homes lacking signing up for anything.?

Highly unadvisable...

Boyfriends come & budge. Husbands are in for the long pull.

I have to agree near the consensus. You've been making payments since you enjoy owned. Paid a down payment, etc. He's simply now moving surrounded by & "agreed" he'll share in the equity?

This variety of agreement should come later after he's be living with you for a tenure. Not upon moving surrounded by.

I hold rights don't I?

I wouldn't trust the internet with something close to this. If it were me, I would turn to a Lawyer and have them draw something up. A Lawyer would know how to word it properly and this course both you and your boyfriend are covered. He shouldn't get partially or your equity. You bought the house, you paid the down pocket money. In this situation, it's like he's paying you rent for living contained by the house you own.

Want to buy, but is renting better for my profession...?

Hi,

I think I'm surrounded by agreement with the majority on this one.

Unless you a moment ago purchased this home and he helped beside the downpayment, closing costs, etc...why would you be willing to give up him 1/2 the equity when sold?

But if for some reason (insanity??) you are sure this is what you want to do, walk to a local attorney and explain exactly what it is you're wanting to do. Pay whatever amount it take, make sure specifically an equal 50/50 payment.

Do you realize that depending on what state you live within, even if you were married, he may not be entitled to 1/2 of the equity if the property be in your first name alone prior to marriage.

I'd really enjoy to look at this hard. Exactly who's hypothesis was this? If it be your's rethink, if it was his rethink the model and the relationship.

Sort of the same style I feel roughly a Pre-Nup,...seems resembling the relationship is headed for a break-up previously it even gets out of the starting proceeds.

Good Luck
