Break a lease within a week of moving if it isn't notarized

I am a buyer of a short mart property -- What is the "normal" waiting time for a response from the lender?

Answers:   It solely has to be notarized if the hotelier did not witness the signature himself, and he/she requests it. Notorization is not the norm and rather extraordinary for rentals.

Whats the difference?

Leases are not required to be notarized. you most likely will forfeit your deposit
