This is the situation: I have a 6 months apartment lease ( lone 2 more to go) and I have allergy to hearth rug. I found a home that has wood floor instead and I would love to move. I am aware of the fine I should compensate ( 391 dollars) but when I talked to the negotiator of the complex, she said I can't break the lease, no matter what, even near my allergies... She said I would have to money the 2 full months and then I could move out. I read the clause and yes, its wriiten within you are liable to pay the full rent if you establish for an early move out. I a short time ago dont understand why in that is this fine in the contract as powerfully, since you can't break the lease?!? Is there any trial way to break this lease in need getting in trouble? Answers: You are stuck surrounded by that one. I had a similar article happen but I only wanted to move out b/c I didn't close to it there anymore. They said if you move out and shutting down the lease you have to repay the full rent and the fine. But if i moved out and didn't end the lease of late kept paying the rent then I did not hold to pay the fine. stupid i know.. but best of luck to you!

Always remember that a rental lease agreement is a BUSINESS arrangement, and those arrangements do not allow for personal issues.
When you sign a lease, you are expected to honor same. It's not as simple as claiming a health issue and after trying to walk away.
