I just bought a hot house and are about to jump to my apartment landlord to break the lease (one month vanished on lease). What do they usually dom or work out with you? I live within Arizona and am not familiar near the laws. I realize thats not a upright thing to do however the flea market and house price won't come again any time soon. Answers: It usually depends on what is written into your lease. I broke my lease about 6 months ago because I changed job and had to move. I have about 9 months departed on my lease. They had a lease "buy out" prospect, where if we give them 30 day awareness and paid 1 extra month rent we would win out of the lease free and clear. I talked to the guidance about it, and, because they be able to rent the place out beforehand our 30 day concentration was up, we get out of paying the extra month payment, and we be refunded some of that ultimate month (the 30 days) rent. So it worked out great. However, if they had not be able to overrun the apartment, they would have kept the buy out money.
With individual a month left, you will probably still hold to pay that month, unless they can find someone to crawl the vacancy. It sucks, but you enter into the lease, and the landlord wants to have time to rent it out again.
If you enjoy a good relationship near the landlord, they may pinch your security deposit for your final month's rent. With one one to dance, I'm sure you can work something out. I dont have an answer, but I've get the same issue, except I've get like 4 months disappeared on my lease. so i'll keep my fingers crossed we both get hold of out ok! haha
