I didn't know what to do back afterwards and just fled. What are my probability of getting rid of that broken lease if I just provided the complex near the police report and no protective order? Also, do you meditate I would be able to dispute the broken lease due to the reality that I did move out in the finishing of August 2007 and it shows up on my credit as January 2008?

Answers: You can't dispute the date, it simply took them that long to get to court and capture a formal eviction.
