I called a solid estate lawyer to review contracts because I looked-for to be a real estate investor, but he said I needed a brokers License to buy and supply real estate, go and get properties under contract, assign them and lease option. So he pretty much crushed my dream, Im not sure what to do now next to my life. This is for CA.
