Buy one, return with one free HOMES! It's on Yahoo! front page!?

http://biz.yahoo.com/rb/080603/usa_housi...

I've read the article and here is my question - it involves the one submit received on the homes:

The person looked-for the $1.6 millon home, but didn't want the $400,000 row home. Why wouldn't you just whip the home and re-sell it for $350,000 (since the housing market is bleak anyway, take rotten $50 grand - you're still netting $350,000 which would bring the mortgage down to $1.25 million)?

Are within any other websites similar to craigslist for apartment/housing rentals?

Answers:   Yeah, I dont have a handle on why people would not bring a free home. Re-sell it, rent it, give it away to a close relative to hand over them a good start! I would lift that free home in a heartbeat! Of course, I could never afford a 1.6 million dollar home, though, to achieve the free house!

WOULD anyone recomenned?

I saw this article myself and my first thought was that the 1.6 million dollar home is probably manifest up. If not and the second home was truly free next yes it is a deal. But how plentiful people are really looking at million dollar + homes? And some folks just don't want to bother next to a second home. i know I do not understand. There are general public who are homeless so even if you do not want it you would be able to help out a family. Or resembling you said sell it for much smaller amount and help yourself out. I would nick it you best believe it.
