The person claims her CA. license is expired, and can't adopt checks... she wants CASH. She say "Check into Cash" places take too much of the money. She claims she would take-home pay "600$" for 11 months, but refused my give where I could embezzle over the lease completely, and not pay her 3600$ (potentially positive her 2400$) Is there any bearing, with witnesses or something, where on earth I could hand her the 3600 and receive sure she doesn't simply run away with my money? Is it too risky? Thanks

Answers:   It sounds resembling a scam, she probably does the same piece to everyone she meets. Don't tumble for it. Run from her.

You wouldn't want to sub-lease from someone who doesn't have a checking narrative or doesn't go renew her driver's license. How are you going to achieve her to contact the land lord if in that is a problem. Did you look at a copy of her current lease to see if it even allows her to sub-lease. If you hand her $ 3,600, you'll find ripped off, if you enjoy a witness you will get ripped stale in front of a witness; any way you are going to be scammed. Even if her driver's license have expired, still take the I.D. info re birthdate, physical description, and heading. Then take a separate photo of her to account her current physical status. Demand some sort of written document which names her as the landlord's representative or agent. And surrounded by front of witnesses, hand over the deposit for exchange of the actual apartment key (which she will possess if she is truly an agent of the landlord).

Oh please, this stinks to high glory. Don't give this individual any personal info at all and don't even wonder what they're up to, its illeagal as hell. Only if the innkeeper is involved and signs off on it, but it sounds approaching a con to me.
