If you think it's honourable get it inspected by a professional. And look at the mat for stains. Check the kitchen floor the same as bathroom. check hot hose tank and plumbing for leak. (Water pipes should be copper.) taste of dampen. Check yard for chemical or gamble away dumping. look for cracks walls inside and outside. Look closely at foundation.
