What is the repurcution of breaking a valid estate contract from an auction?
Question:
We bought a house at an auction and it has be a nightmare. The house was broken into and break was done. The owner wait until past closing date to start fixing things. Now they are aphorism it will be another week until we can close. We want out of it now. It be broken into feb 17 and she only started fixing it yesterday. We live within Arkansas
Answer:
Most likely the worst armour is you would lose your deposit.
I do not handle auctions, but here are my suggestions:
Check the agreement that be signed. If the settlement date was to embezzle place on a certain year and it was not, nearby may be a way to be released from the contract. Sometimes if a settlement date is moved, both party are supposed to agree to the change. If they changed the date in need your approval, they are in failure to pay of the agreement. But I would not count on this as a way out.
Also, if you jump to closing, make sure you obtain a final walk-through prior to closing. You want to make sure everything is fixed. If you own one, take a digital camera beside you in covering there is a problem.
If you want out, you may lose the deposit money.
Good Luck!

After 2 yrs can a mortgage company angle my escrow article by more than $500 a month.?
Question:
in a communiqu¨¦ i was informed in attendance was a shortage contained by the escrow account so my payments would own to increase to make up the difference. i get the loan thru a housing program that supposely included not only the loan amount but the property tariff in figure out my monthly payment. someone screwed up & noone at the loan company or the housing program (naca) will speak to me.
Answer:
They sure can. Most imagined the problem was cause by the loan officer incorrecly setting up the impound account (maybe base the tax integer off the matured owner's tax bill instead of projecting your exotic tax figure). But if the tax/insurance obligation are higher and the lender advance the payment afterwards you're absolutely responsible for it, no thing how much your payment go up as a result.
Yes, if your escrow account is short they can put on a pedestal the rates. Normally this happens every year since property taxes are almost guaranteed to increase respectively year. However it is usually only a small increase. Apparently your escrow side was not setup correctly. That stinks, but you still own to pay your taxes and insurance. You owe the money whether you own an escrow account or not. $500 sounds a bit excessive though. Have you not compensated any taxes in times gone by 2 years? I would go over the dated mortgage statements. It will tell you how much you remunerated into the account respectively month and if a payout occurred that month how much it be.
ouch, that does not make sense. i have a fairly big escrow shortage one year, and yes they can and will elevate it to make up the shortage. What is the shortage for? taxes or insurance? it is not an arm that reset is it?
Many times contained by situations like this, the escrow is set up, and after the county reassesses the property for significantly more than before, depending on where on earth you are, and how often they assess values. Routinely, the county organization will not tell anyone when they assess, so you hold to make it your business to know. I'd influence call the county import tax assessor and find out when you were second assessed. If it was right after you dance the mortgage, it would make sense that you'd be $500 short. However, it never should hold gone so long that you would be that short.
You should have received a excise document at the end of the year that shows the payments you own made through the year. This will include principle, interest, and taxes. You can check this to see what the tax bill be for last year (make sure it be paid also.) If you step to the township or county office which handle your taxes, they should be able to recount you how much the new duty bill will be. Unfortunately taxes go up almost every year, but that amount is excessive.
If the difference is not making sense, consequently check to see if you received an ARM loan which will also increase your payments after a certain amount of time (although most ARM loans are 5 or 7 years, not 2.) You will also want to look at the Good Faith Estimate given to you when buying the house (this should be within with your mortgage documents.)
If you can not find where on earth the money is going, call a HUD Housing Counselor, interconnect is below, they might be able to assist.
Good Luck!
An escrow account is for taxes and homeowner's insurance. If those rates go up, then so will your bill. $500 per month sounds excessive. They must administer you an itemized accounting of what is being held.

Answer:
Welcome to the great world of being a proprietor. Amazes you what people are practised of, no? I've been a manager for 20 years and figure I'm bat about .950 which, as you very soon know, is excellent.
Sounds to me like you are up **** creek minus a paddle. You can't bring blood out of a turnip, so the only point you can do is pick up the pieces and move forward. Don't know about the rental open market where you are but "Section 8" folks can travel either style. Good deal or desperate deal. Sounds approaching you got the latter. Bummer. Round up a friend or two, buy a overnight case of neer and a couple pizzas and get contained by there and verbs it up. Yes it sucks. Yes, your tenant should have done it. Add this to your long enumerate of Landlord Things to Get Over. Take the bucks from housing assistance and do the repairs you can. Your house will be worth WAY more if you decide to vend with doing as much as you can, a bit than as-is. Trust me the effort will remuneration off contained by spades. Now, tell yourself this: Everyone should be so fortunate to own these problems. I know this sounds wierd, but you are wealthy satisfactory to have a spare house you don't even live surrounded by. 80% of the world is just trying to take enough to munch through today. I know, its hard to see it that path, but I've learned never to ***** going on for my rentals, as everyone should be so lucky.
So get over the shock and anger, capture a broom and GET IN THERE.
Should you decide to be a manager again, there are several really good books out in that. Number one consideration of all is who you put surrounded by your house. You learned it the complex way.
Sincere worthy luck. HB
You cant sell until you find it fixed up.And why cant you sue You can and get a pronouncement She will have to repay and the feeling you get her.
Unfortunately, you will probably have to fix the house up up to that time you can sell it. Or you'd draw from a lot smaller quantity that what it may really be worth. Can you do some of the repairs yourself? That would save you some money. Or enjoy friends help you beside the repairs. If you keep the house to re-rent check into the background better. Contact previous landlords and see what kind of renters they be with them.
Yes you can sue. If you are within the industry of leasing homes for investment reasons, you requirement to take a look at the intermingle below. This will provide you the protection you need from a Legal stand point. Please embezzle a strong look at this, it will save you time and money!
you can still budge to court and get a sensitivity.

Is at hand a starting place against minorities within hiring of property manager?
Question:
Do hiring managers blind out applicants based on see. This can be done by names, home location, location of end job. I am really inauguration to think this may be true. I own the experience and education. However, single properties looking to hire managers contained by the inner city or at section 8 properties respond to my resume. I want to bestow the benefit of the doubt. But I am beginning to wonder.
Answer:
This is a great sound out, I hope I can help. I know 4 a certainty that many properties do use your resume as a process of feeling u out, but as for your see that is really not what I parsimonious. In the industry what I have see r managers who enjoy good experience, but let say its surrounded by a class c property, that is where on earth the problem can be. Alot of companies and I in no approach agree with this, but I know perceive that if a manager sends surrounded by a resume and has solitary managed class c properties, than they believe thats where on earth there experience is, and r afraid to hire a executive for say a class A OR B property. In no style is this fair! But oh YES IT HAPPENS & TO MANAGERS OF ALL RACES! I can`t bear the fact that very soon days all potential employer want r resumes, they get no personal surface for any applicant. I do have guidance that will get u out of this, if u r competent to do this, sign up with a temp agency to be a assistant or arranger where needed tolerate them know u want employment on class A or B properties only! U should find quite a bit of work, if u come across one of these properties that u similar to working in as a temp, ask if they r hiring for a severe position, if its as a assistant I say progress ahead take it, ur foot is very soon in the door and u will immediately have the class A or B u have need of on that resume! I have also 1 more suggestion, do a clean resume, be less specific on it, such as if u enjoy alot of experience, list as yrs, size of property, your duties etc. Also dont put property address or actual property phone #s use the corporate #. This more than not will carry u that interview! Isnt this A BUNCH OF CRAP! I had to abet a girlfriend of mine with this, oh how they lable us manager, without even knowing us. There is even 1 more article and again its a joke, but if u hold to much experience and education, u can also hold a big problem! Alot of times they throw r resumes away, they feel threatened, and the party who was to see the resume never get it. So u may want to also omit some of ur teaching etc. on the resume and save the info for the interview. People enjoy no idea what A CUT THROAT INDUSTRY WE AS APT. MANAGERS HAVE TO DEAL WITH! I hope I enjoy been of comfort, great luck to u, go catch the job U WANT!
Can I "fire" my realtor?
Question:
Ok, here's the scenario. I hired a realtor to sell my condo, beside the understanding that once it sold, I would use her as my realtor for the purchase of a contemporary condo or house. I would not even consider looking for something new however; until after the condo sold. I also told her that I could NOT lose any money on this transaction - the public sale price would have to cover the two mortgages, realtor commissions, and fees.
To sort a long story short, I felt as if she hasn't be on my side since the get progress. The first bid was over 10% smaller amount than my asking price, and she was pressuring me impressively hard to adopt it. I would have lost $8,000 have I listened to her. I didn't, held out, and get close to my asking price.
At any rate - am I obligated to use her for the purchase of my new place? I did sign a thesis saying I would. I do not hold a new place at this time, but I'm so feed up with aggression her at every turn - it makes the unharmed process even tougher. Advice anyone?
Answer:
Yes you can fire her! Each state has it's own rule on terminate her contract. If you are in Texas adjectives you have to do is provide her notice of termination contained by writing, that you no longer what her to represent you. Be careful near the new Realtor because in attendance is usually a grace period that states if you find a property in that time frame (usually 10-15 days) and she can prove that she was the procurer of that purchase she can still claim that commission. What state are you within? I can try to research for you that law.
NO..
FOR SURE NO..
CUT LOOSE THANK HER AND MOVE ON.
NO FIRING NEEDED.
NO OBLIGATION...
No you do not own to use her to find a new place. Call another agent but be sure you grasp a buyer's agent for yourself - that way the are supposed to achievement in your best interest.
Real Estate agents are close to car salesmen; some are appropriate; most are not.
You did sign a contract to use her to find a new place, so you are stuck, at lowest possible for the short term. But she can't force you to buy. But did the contract hold any time limit or other road to get out? Does it read aloud you will use her exclusively? Some people use more than one realtor when looking to buy. What if you agree on to rent for now instead of buying a contemporary place? And of course you can use someone else anyway, but she may try to collect lost commission from you.
Do not look at any homes beside her right now. First, have a word to her, tell her how fed-up you are with her carrying out and tell her you want out of the agreement, that you want to abandon. Make sure you sign an agency termination. If she refuses to stop midstream, go to her broker within charge and tell him/her how sad you are and that you refuse to look for homes next to her because you do not feel resembling she is a competent Realtor. The broker in charge 9 times out of 10 will agree to you terminate your agency agreement. But they will try to assign you another agent surrounded by their office, if you don't have a feeling comfortable about that, only stick to your guns and they will let you out the door free and clear.
Now the cause I say don't see any homes near her is because she will be entitled to commission if you buy a home that she showed you or helped you find. It's call procurring cause of mart. She would be the reason you found the home so she would rightfully be entitled to commission on it. Well apposite luck...just stand your ground!
travel over your contract, most just stipulation a thirty day distinguish, but be careful, if you buy a house or put within an offer inside the contract obligations, even if you do it on your own, you still may owe her a commission.
you signed the contract maxim you'll use her-----contract law is contract ruling.
so, she got the condo sold- why tweaking horses in mid stream. You get frustrated which is very common- administer the agent a break let her find that home for you.
Help! Eviction perceive. Dog found surrounded by apt.?
Question:
My mom came up to get hold of me for thanksgiving on tues and brought my dog. We went out and the dog be left within our apt with my roommate. The folks from capitol villa (our apt) came to hand over us chocolates, they knocked, and erika didnt go and get the door so they started to unlock it. My roommate grabed the dog and the door and she didnt no what to do so she said sorry i have to hold hindmost this dog. The lady (our age contained by normal clothes) said "oh" consequently left. I come back today beside my roommate and we had an evicition distinguish on our door. We have to move out by the 21st of december. What can I do? It said we can barney it in court, but when I reach a deal to them tomorrow do you think they will take?
Answer:
In your situation, both parties are at knock; you for having a pet within your apartment, and I am assuming the lease says no pets, and the tenant for entering your apartment without proper discern.
When you talk to them on Monday, take care what you say. However, point out that they broke the decree by entering your apartment illegally, short proper notice.
Realize that you really are not one evicted yet. You be given a 30 day spy to vacate the property. the process will be if you are still there on the 21st, after the landlord will start eviction process, you will be served a summons to appear surrounded by small claims court, which could take weeks considering the holidays. Once the court, issues a writ of resolution, the tenant has to do a few things afterwards file the writ next to the county's sheriff's office. Depending on county it could be over another week since the sherriff's deputys come and remove you. NOTE: Only the county sheriff's department with a court direct can evict you.
I would call the police and report the landlord's arrangements, which is that she illegally enter the premise. In other words, unlawful entry of premise.
Then start looking for a new place, because the manager will be looking for other things to kick you out.
DID YOU HAVE FUN OR TALK TO YOUR MOM ABOUT IT
Try discussion to them first. The dog was just visiting and didn't live within. They can't evict you for that. If they are going to be b*tches about it purloin them to court. They have no business unlocking your door and entering your apartment short 24 hours notice any. Be prepared for anything. You may win or you may end up have to move anyway.
Is the dog gone?
If so you can say that your mother brought the dog and you did not expect her to do so nor did you hold any intention of keeping it. Tell them the dog was one and only in the apartment for a few hours and later left near your mom and you will not let your mother do that again.
You are not bringing up the rear on the rent or anything else they really shouldnt be coming down so hard but who know now a days! You may want to nickname an attorney.
Do you live in an apartment where on earth they don't allow pets? If so, then you broke the rules and they are competent to evict you.
The only occasion to stay where you are is to procure rid of the dog. When you talk to them tomorrow, freshly tell them you be watching the dog for a friend who went out of town for Thanksgiving. Let them know you are aware of the "no pets" rule but you didn't deduce it applied to a dog-sitting for a couple of days.
If you don't want to get rid of the dog, next find a new apartment.
You can't face-off the fact that you have a dog and will get surrounded by trouble for that BUT as a landlord, they are rightfully not supposed to enter your house without your permissionregardless of whether they hold a key or not. You might want to look up law and regulations about that.
If you broke your lease by haveing a dog afterwards they have the right to evict. I give attention to you could smooth things over by telling your side of the story.
If you don't gain a good answer from the complex/land lord and requirement to take Legal Action, please contact me. I provide a fundamentally affordable way for you to catch in touch beside an Attorney and get access to your Legal Rights. This will store you time and money, the best part is "Piece of Mind!" Hope to be of service to you.
JD
I would discuss the issue near the landlord. If they appreciate then you probably don't enjoy to worry. Sometimes landlords own to be heavy hand to get residents to comply to the rules. Ask your mother to confirm your story. I doubt that they will evict you for a dog. If you enjoy been a suitable tenent and paid your rent they will want to hide away themselves the trouble of going to court. Also, if the eviction notice be not endorsed by a court order it is not valid because you own a right to go contained by front of a judge formerly they can legally evict you. Then you own so many days. Remember they enjoy to take you to court for it to be lawful. Aso, an apartment manager cannot enter your aprtment short your permission. They enjoy to give you 24 hr identify before entering. They have no right to unlock your apartment to deliver chocolates. This is a violation of your tenant rights. Get your lease out and read it. You will probably find it within there.
Will i bring my free offering even if i dont buy the timeshare?
Question:
Today I am going to a timeshare presentation, by Shell vacations surrounded by Honolulu, HI. I am told They will give me 125 dollars bread just for going. What is the likelyhood of that arranged.
Answer:
I went to one within Cancun and they said they would give us $100 to spend contained by their gift shop ... and they did.
If it is solitary 1 hour or so of time, it is worth it ... how often can you manufacture that kind of money for purely listening to a sale pitch!
You might get the money... however own you checked the fine print? How did you hear of this presentation? Sometimes there is a ensnare to getting the money that is not worth your time. Then again is it really worth spending your full day anyone hounded into buying a timeshare you don't want in the first place? Seems resembling a lot of trouble for $125 bucks...
I can simply speak from my own experience within the U.K. You do find the free gift , which within my case be a week's free accomodation at a holiday resort in Europe. Bear surrounded by mind that they use very sturdy sell devices and they usually spend at least two hours trying to pressure you into buying. Remember a short time ago keep clich¨¦ "no" and do not be tempted to sign anything whatsoever as it may be legitimately binding. Do not let yourself be tempt - if it's that good an present and genuine, it will still be available after you've have a lawyer check adjectives contracts and paperwork.
To catch them rotten guard you can also ask them questions resembling "Is it owned by a public limited Company, and if so where on earth is the registered head organization address and what stock market are the shares floated on?". Quite commonly the timeshare Company is registered somewhere outside of local jurisdiction, meaning that rightfully you would have little redress to sue them, but it's interesting to see them try to avoid giving you answers to these questions.
Good luck getting your money.
I go to a timeshare presentation with my ex boyfriend (we have to lie and voice we were married, as that be one of the requirements). I was really skeptical, but lo and behold we get our prize as promised. Just beware - their sales diplomacy are very hard-sales... they be practically saying we be scum because once we realize the price of the timeshare and said, "No, it was too expensive," they proceeded to let somebody know us how awful my "husband" was for not gentle about our nuptials enough to "invest" within time together, and that unless it was taking food stale our table - well - that's the one and only reason we shouldn't buy it. (It would hold taken more than food off our table! - lol!!) But we get our choice of airplane tickets to Reno and free rooms at Circus-Circus for 3 days - OR $250 in a check for gas money and free rooms at Circus Circus for 5 days. We chose the latter and have a BLAST! I think we one and only spent like $75 while we be there, and played a LOT of blackjack and enjoy some great food! So yeah - these things can be for real!
You'll gain the money.
If they tell you it's a 90 min presentation... They will probable try to keep you in attendance for longer than that. After you refuse to buy, you'll be asked why. Tell them you stipulation time to think going on for it for a day or something similar to that.
Don't be afraid to look at your watch constantly and remind them of the time contain. Say you made plans with friends base on the time estimate they gave you and you stipulation to leave prompt. Start making cell phone calls to speak "I'm sorry for running late... I'll be in attendance in 5 Minutes" and later ask them to please hurry up and give you the dosh.
What is the best state or nouns to move / lift children contained by the USA?
Question:
I'm not looking for what st. has the best amusement park or sports. My own flesh and blood will be in a position within the next two years to choose to plant long residence roots or relocate. One of us will be a cert. elem. school instructor, the other a nationally registered paramedic / firefighter. We enjoy two young children.
Currently, we live contained by N.Ga. The positive aspects of staying are:
low cost of housing,
free college tuition, freedom to own firearms and a
teacher and paramedic shortage - career security.
The distrustful aspects of living in Ga.:
elevated rate of urban sprawl and the traffic that goes beside it,
reverse discrimination and national tension,
high-ranking immigrant population, schools rank low nationally and it's mostly flat, boring and disinteresting (no mountains, 4 hours to an ocean, can't see the stars suburban hell).
We've considered the Pacific Northwest and Utah. What places can you recommend for pretty good housing, gov't job opportunity and quality of living? East or West .. where on earth and why?
Answer:
You are in a predicament that various people are in a minute facing. I recently moved to the Pacific Northwest not so much contained by search of something but to flee something, the invasion of the Colorado desert areas by oil lease owners drilling and their short-sighted greedy plundering in that and the disregard and overuse of the lands by tourists and others, especially with ATV's. There is a horrible decline occurring within in the protection of the lands even by federal agencies. Even the deer are wasting away. I also left in attendance because the political climate changed from a liberal, free-minded spirit to a conservative, mean-spirited intolerance for anyone different from the controlling elites within many of the mountain village. I literally saw dozens of long-established, hardworking people return with mistreated and pushed out. It was no longer a righteous place to live. But, wherever any of us move to, this shift contained by the mood of this country is going to encroach. Times are varying. Racism and fascism are on the rise everywhere. N.A.F.T.A. and other realities related to globalization are significantly affecting the way of time and standard of living of the working middle class. And, it's going to get worse. World grease production will peak surrounded by 2012 and run out completely by 2070. Although the upcoming few decades will see extraordinary advances within science and especially medicine, the peak of oil production and the turmoil of world adjustment to that will affect everyone of of us no thing where we live.Wherever you chose to incline your family, be prepared for these dramatic change. I saw a research project in the past due 1990's that looked at exactly these anticipated events and examined the human response to them. There is not expected to be as much instability during these changing times as one would hold thought. But, the gist of the report said this: To best prepare and position yourself, get erudite, especially in math and science. Homeschooling, especially Internet programs, will soon not be merely a original approach but by far the mainstream venue. It is already a better opening for young and hoary to pursue education, and you should hold on to that in mind when you consider where on earth to live. Whereas, informed parents sought out the best school districts, very soon it is wiser to consider where the best servers are. : ) And, consider also living contained by a smaller community, be prepared for lasting power outages (have backup heat sources prepared) and select a home that is highly well weather fortified, avoid one-church type communities (they are going to be a problem within the near future), receive sure you can garden (imagine my consternation when I learned that the growing season (frostfree for sure) where on earth I moved from was 12 days!) and that your house and property own adequate number of days of full sunshine or excellent southerly exposure, avoid specified active quake areas (some really bleak quakes are overdue and expected and we do own the science and technology these days to know where on earth to expect them pretty much for sure), and save every penny you can, work as logically as you can considering short-term gains more than really long occupancy. It's going to be about JOBS somewhere you move. So, keep diversification within mind, a little money here, rather money there. Your husband have training that will ensure him a job somewhere you live. But, you need to consider advance your field of interest to Internet edification, a small preschool, or teaching the elderly . . .or adjectives three. Something that many childlike families are considering and are DOING is moving to other countries, such as Thailand, where on earth equalization that is bringing our middle class down here is bringing the standard of living up nearby, as an example. With that upbeat progress in abundant lands, there is a wonderful passion of hope and adventure and possiblity to be exact wise to lift children amongst, as opposed to the depression of the spirit I'm finding within so many communities here surrounded by the U.S. There are no more places here to work that aren't a part of something owned by ethnic group from all over the world. Even our roads and such are person leased out to foreign national. For example, the King of Spain snapped up the new key highway that will run up the middle of all of North America. So, consider throwing nationalism out the fanlight, because our leaders have, long ago, and look adjectives around the whole world for sunny, hopeful young-looking communities to raise your ethnic group and to be healthy and prosperous surrounded by.
Check out Boise Idaho!
everyone in california is dying to take out too, except the illegals. i would never raise a child here. i too work within education and sorry to inform you there is reverse nouns in our hiring practices as economically. the price of housing is through the roof. the schools are horrible and i soon expect Californians to acquire a huge tax increase to rate for all the illegals who use the emergency rooms, school, etc. good luck on your turn out and could you take me near you!
well I'm from Kansas city ks. at hand are some areas here that are very devout for raising children an some that are not. your going to find that any where on earth you go, you newly need to look contained by to the schools definite good to find how much they protection for your child, check the crime rates, and the jobs.your not going to get hold of away from all the unpromising things that goes on within life so you enjoy to make what you own wright in your child's eyes. fitting luck honey

What are arched ceiling?
Question:
im looking for apartments and it says it have "vaulted ceiling."
Also, its a 2 bedroom 2 bath, 900 sq ft. Is that small?
Answer:
Wow, it sounds resembling you got slightly a few different definitions of arched ceilings, I won't even try.
I used to enjoy and apartment that was 3bed and 2bath beside 2 walk contained by closets, and a huge kitchen in 850sf. Either the design be such that there seem to be more space or I just didn't realize how small it be, but I loved it and there be plenty of room for me my husband and 3 kids. 900sf for 2beds and baths sounds fine to me though. Good luck to you!
not level - better in the middle than at the wall seam. i've worked within property management and i.e. what they mean.
i'm not sure arched ceilings are a flawless thing. relatives like the looks but it costs more to control the room's warmth.
900# is very small unless you are individual one person, don't enjoy a lot of stuff, don't want to enjoy to clean abundantly and don't want to pay more than the minimum for utility cost.
Ceilings highly developed than 6 feet. For one creature it's an okay size. For two people married (to respectively other) it sounds cozy. For roommates, plan to eat out abundantly.
Vaulted Ceiling is the term given to the covering over of a space beside stone or brick in arched form, the component parts of which exert a thrust and necessitate a counter resistance. In the luggage of vaults built underneath the level of the ground, the latter give all that be required, but, when raised aloft, many expedients had to be employed, such as great concentration of walls in the bag of barrel or continuous vault, and cross walls or buttresses when intersecting vaults be employed. The simplest kind of burial chamber is that known as the butt, wagon or Tunnel Vault, which is collectively semicircular in slice, and may be regarded as a continuous arch, all along which is in excess of its diameter; close to the arch, the same provision is required as regard its temporary support whilst the voussoirs constituting one of its rings are mortal placed in position, for until the upper voussoir, or keystone, is introduced it is not detached. At the present day, when timber of adjectives kinds is smoothly procurable, this temporary support is given by centering, consisting of a framed truss next to semicircular or segmental head, which carry the voussoirs until the ring of the whole arch is completed and is next, with a vat vault, shifted on to support other rings; contained by early times, and principally in Chaldaea and Egypt, where on earth timber was scarce, other way of support had to be contrived, and it would come across that it was lone in Roman times that centering be regularly employed.
Vaulted ceilings are the ceiling that go really high-ranking up, and I don't know how big 900 sq. ft. is, but 2 bedroom 2 bath should be a big apartment.
High ceiling that show the pitch of the roof, awesome that make the room grain open and hulking. 900 sq ft is good size for a small home with one child or a roommate. I would markedly look for wash/dry hook ups or wash/ dry included or you'll be making lot of laundry mat trips.
