Question:

Answers:
"The" building? What building?

If you mean ANY building, connotation what is the smallest electrical "PVC pipe"? It is correctly called Rigid nonmetallic conduit (RNC) (plumbers use pipes) and the smallest is 1/2 inch (that is a trade size, resembling a 2x4 for wood is not 2 inches by 4 inches).

RNC is allowed in a building, but to be precise not common. Most commonly used within commercial buildings is EMT (electrical metallic tubing), 1/2 inch also.

Other Answers:
I didn't know you could use electrical PVC in buildings

Do you ponder is is an invasion of privacy if .....?

Question:a land lord comes to your house to collect rent? My townhouse be sold after I signed a year lease to another owner. The new owner sent an "agent" to my house to drop past its sell-by date a letter stating who to net the check payable to and envelopes with an address on it. The agent showed up at my house at 9am on the 5th to collect the rent which I have until 5 pm to pay. I be embarrassed b/c my neighbor happen to over hear the conversation and I had company. Not trying to be racist but the hot landlord is ariab/ indian and I suspect some distrust on his attitude toward me b/c I am black, feminine, student and single parent. I voiced my concern about this "practice" merely to have a blank stare, and asked what time should he come rear! Is this leagal? I am considering moving ? I just grain this is an invasion of my privacy and will create a bad relationship between me and the untried guy. (by the way, I own never paid my rent unpunctually, but I have to this month due to impromptu terminal illness dx of my cousin)

Answers:
Yup...you'd attain a blank stare from me, too.

What in the world are you thinking? Why do you guess it's strange for a landlord to come by to collect rent? It happen all the time. I don't do it myself, but I've have tenants that assume that I'm going to, because everyone else does it that opening.

If you call THAT an invasion of privacy, I really reflect you're a little nuts.

And stop trying to construct it about see or gender or anything else. The hot owner simply wanted to establish himself next to the tenants and engineer sure he gets remunerated on time. This is without a flaw normal behavior, and you're behave crazy about it. You are WAY over-reacting!

Other Answers:
I don't imagine it's anything you can prosecute legally, possibly the new owner be feeling especially wary, since it was his first paycheck to collect. Just tolerate them know you don;t appreciate the interruptions, and have other paid on the dot.
I am a landlord and I get it my practice NEVER to go pick up rent.

I doubt if he is intent to be invasive, it may be something as simple as wanting to get the deposit to the ridge for that day's posting to the account. Next time purely tell him "I'll drop it past its sell-by date." If he presses for "when?" Just say," I enjoy until 5. It will be before afterwards." But make sure you do what you right to be heard.
Well, if he is the owner, I'll bet the law allows him to do as he pleases. If you rent an apartment owned by a larger maintenance, that will never happen. They will solely send a collection agency. They won't show up at your door instinctively. Wow that's ghetto, but I can't think of anything that the guy did that be illegal. If he didn't seize belligerent, and if he hasn't constantly harassed you via an assortment of forms of communication, I don't think one crushing incident is anything illegal, but yeah, I would be bothered by that, too, especially if he showed up hours faster than he should've.
Anyone can knock on your door, even your landlord. The singular thing a tenant cannot do is entire your premises without discern. If you had be late and he purely took over ownership, he was probably a short time ago protecting his assets. Every state has different property law, so you might look up the laws within your state.

An invasion of privacy would be his agent entering your house or opening your communication, but knocking on the door to request a rent donation is not invasion as far as I know.

In many apartment complexes they will be in motion door to door to give notice on any new policies or work that's going to be done.
contained by some places it is law that the hotelier has to grant 48 hours notice at the awfully least... a short time ago guessing here,, i;d say the u.s is duplicate.

check your laws surrounded by your state....
I don't know what state you live in, but... most staes hold what is sometimes called "A Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment" which is expected to prevent harassment of tenant by landlords. The place you should check with first is your state's Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Most states embezzle these compaints pretty seriously and sometimes offer mediation services to serve communication flow between landlord & tenant. It might be best to take this taken care of up front in the past it becomes a much bigger problem. Also, you will hold documentation from the agency to prove you attempted to remedy the problem amicably.

Every one should feel out of harm`s way from unnecessary intrusion in their home. Good luck.

PS: If no luck next to your local state agency or housing authority, you may have to approach this from a federal even. That is provided for as follows:

"Federal law prohibits nouns in housing and the rental marketplace. See Civil Rights Act of 1866 & 42 U.S. Code, Chapter 45, Federal Fair Housing Act." refer to website at http://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/index.php/Landlord-tenant

Maybe your hotelier just requests a refresher in what the law are. I hope it works out for you and you get to relax comfortably within your own space again soon. Good luck!!
your saying ..."manager is Arab/ indian suspect b/c I am black, female, student and single parent. " that's mortal racist , maybe your not trying firm enough not to be , Whats any of that get to do with your quiz!!
No, it's not an invasion of privacy if you opened the door. Now if he open the door, that would be a different story. ;)

What he did wasn't illegal. Maybe he be just introducing himself? Anyway, if he shows up on the first, later let him know that you will correspondence or hand abdication the rent every month.

It's not illegal, but it's a headship technique that isn't going to make any friends as you've noted. I enjoy to agree, just base on the little that you wrote, that there is a cultural influence on the demeanour they handled it. I'm not sure something like direct prejudice, but some cultures are more provoking to our senses than others and I think you've simply encountered one.
Check out the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. It regulates the conduct of anyone trying to collect money including the hours, rude behavior, loss of composure, disclosure of the fact of the debt to others. 100% financing is available any as one loan or two.

I read a book that described 160 ways on how to buy real estate next to no money down, and only one of those strategies involved getting a mortgage.

I hold personally bought and sold 24 houses and not put down more than $100 on any of them. You can do this using advanced strategies such as buying subject to:, option and sandwich lease purchases.

Here are a few examples of how you can buy a house with no money down:

a. If you own a credit score of 580 or better, you can obtain 100% financing, and ask the seller to reward the closing costs. Voila, no money down.

b. You can buy a home subject to the existing financing. This means that you buy a home from a dealer that is prepared to give you the action, but leave their existing financing surrounded by place. Be careful roughly this though, as it does trigger the due on sale clause within the underlying mortgage. I have done this 16 times and have no problems. No money down.

c. You get an selection on the home. I did a transaction where the vendor of a 3 year old $1.2 million house desperately needed to flog his house. His real estate agent could not catch it sold after 8 months. He gave me an choice to buy at $700,000, and I paid him $50 for the remedy. I then market the property out of state, found a buyer, exercised the option and made a $55,000 profit. No money down. Well, except for the $50.

d. You do a sandwich lease purchase. You lease purchase the home from the trader, and in turn lease purchase it to a buyer. When the buyer is all set to buy, you put the buyer and seller together next to your option contained by the middle and cash out. You MUST agree to the buyer know the nature of the transaction. No money down.

This strategy is prohibited in TX anymore, you must be on title. The foundation why it can't be done in TX anymore is because some folks that tried this minus knowing what they were doing cause the buyer not being competent to buy the property.

Bottom line, within are many ways to buy tangible estate with no money down. Other than getting financing, adjectives require specialized knowledge, and some are riskier than others. Know what you are doing until that time you start, get properly trained.

seem like everything spectacular is centered around L.A but some ancestors who live there notify me that it is a ghetto and there are lots of crimes

Answers:
Distance: 1 MI / 1.61 KM E

Other Answers:
Sorry,

LAX to center of Hollywood is 14.6 miles.

What chunk of LA is rich? Beverly Hills, Brent Wood, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Playa Del Ray, Marina Del Rey etc...

What you may find interesting about LA is you can drive from Beverly Hills (Rich) and surrounded by 2-3 minutes be in a total slum. 3-5 minutes after that and your in a nice part of the pack of town again. There is no rhyme or reason to this, it is a moment ago LA.

As to crime. LA has it's share, merely like any generous city. When you consider that the actual city limits comprise over 350 square miles and LA County is over 4000 square miles thats alot of nouns to cover. New York city has 30,000+ police officer with a larger population surrounded by a MUCH smaller geographic area. LA's cops not merely have 8000-9000 officer they also have lots more ground to cover beside 3.5 million people.

Come out and relish LA.

In California, it's the same as renting out a house or apartment. My daughter agree to a friend rent a room, 'just till she got her check', and the witch be there for 6 months, ate everything surrounded by the house except the dog, and never did any kind of cleaning. My daughter have to get an eviction make out, and then a restraining lay down. Be very wise. This 'woman' WAS a friend.
