Really merely the mortgage holder has access to that information. If your cousin's brother get the monthly statements mailed to him, the go together owed should reflect on the statement. There are no websites that anyone can move about on to check, you have to be an side holder and have your own explanation access to any online information. But they have to own a reasonable time to fix the problems in recent times because you have the contract does NOT indicate you own the house. They MUST fix everything wrong with it in the past you buy. And if they refuse and emergency the contract to be honored sick the eggplants (attornies) loose on them they will quickly fund off.
Generally, the broker doesn't start the appraisal process until the inspection is complete - because failing the inspection allows the buyer to rear legs out.

You don't pay crap! The entity that gets me next to your story is why would the broker even care in the order of the appraisal fee? That's the lenders expense at this point. My guess is the broker and lender you are working next to are in cahoots.

there's a kick-out claus that you should own signed when you signed the contract. it would state something like if the house spoil is more than a 1000 dollars then you own the right to terminate your contract.
wow i am suprised that be not something that was covered.. every realtor i enjoy dealt near covers that for you.. anyway good for you taking that upon yourself and if the broker is upset near you my suggestion would be find another realtor... sounds like your realtor be only interested contained by the sale and not YOUR NEEDS! Your wishes come first so find a realtor that cares in the order of what you want!
