Also things approaching neighborhood parks, recreational areas, crime rate, job rate, convenience (stores and restaurants located nearby) are adjectives important. I want to be capable of walk my dog down the street at hours of darkness and not fear for my energy. Safety is also very historic. Good luck.
When buying a place look at where you work, how far are you feeling like to drive, what convienences are close, but I think the most crucial thing is school. Look very close at school if you have children. Also look at neighborhoods when you enjoy children. And ask yourself is this where you can see yourself when you are retired.
