If i moved out of the unit on the 2nd of July and returned the key that day around 8pm. The manager recieved the keys upon nearby arrival in the morning the following daylight because they were closed. They are dictum i must pay for the full light of day on the 3rd even though i returned key on the 2nd because the did not regain possesion of the component until the 3rd. I think that is to say not right because i returned keys on the 2nd, i should not be held responsible because they be not there. I put the key exactly where they lease say to put the rent. If i were to reward the rent on the 2nd and they recieved it on the 3rd as long as it was within the drop box upon there arrival i would not be charged a tardy fee. I deem the same should travel towards returnng keys.

I would re-read the fine print in your agreement, but base on the info you provided, I would agree with the manager in your bag. Think of banks "deposits made after 3pm are posted for the subsequent business day". If you didn't return the keys during their business hours on the 2nd, afterwards your keys are not considered returned until the 3rd.
i agree near nova, if the keys be returned after the manager's normal business hours, afterwards technically, you didn't return the keys until the 3rd.
you own until 5:00 to return the keys. usual business hours. if u failed to do so and didnt win approval before mitt then you are responsible for the following year. you should have gotten authorization to do so beforehand so you would not be held liable, stinks but it makes sence.
did you reiceve a memo saying they have to be back by a certian time?? if so consequently i think you own no right to complain. I'm assuming there department isn't open on 8pm, if you needed to be moved out by a certian time post places resembling it to be done during bussiness hours, since it was rotten hours they have no proof of what time you turned it contained by.

I am an Ohio landlord; you cannot physically remove them, move locks or cut off utilities in need filing eviction beside the county court. I be shocked at some of the prices asked. I finally bought a 3-bedroom house in a small small town, for the same price as a 2-bed mobile home within a park only 2 miles away !!
I know of a park home within Lincolnshire for lb42k (old and needs updating) on an over 50's site.Most park home sites are for the over 50's so if you are not within that age group then forget it! If you are over 50 next this area is probably the cheapest within the country and there is plenty of factory and agricultural work available(ask the eastern block and portugese immigrants).Good luck.
