Um... no way you could hold the LL responsible. Legally, your landlord have done nothing wrong, but practically, it appears she/he have made a poor decision within renting out to these folks. You are in a frustrating situation, but your decriminalized recourse is against the neighbor and not the landlord.

Well I construe you need to seriously weigh & consider the pros and cons. For us, we rewarded about one and the same in rent (for a crappy apartment beside crappy neighbors & sucky management) as we do now for our mortgage. My commute to work have gone from 15 minutes to 20, we live in a rural community instead of a suburb of the city presently, and I only aspiration we had done it sooner. But... we also hold little ones who need the room & fresh nouns :)

We had a great buyer's agent who help us find the most house for our money. Patience was truly a morality though... it took a while before we found "the one"... but I am glad we didn't rush the result! Also, we went to the sandbank & got financing first, until that time we ever contacted or met with an agent! To me, that's the best mode to go b/c if the financing is already near, the whole buying process simply goes a integral lot more smoothly (there's no waiting around AFTER you make an give to be sure the dollar amount's approved & all that!). However, in other cities, the price of houses is dropping and you may be better stale renting for awhile until that levels stale.
Check the credit score until that time doing anything else. Even then, if you hold 10-20% to put down, THEN consider buying a house. Just remember, the lower the credit score, the sophisticated chance of an giant interest rate or even a simple "NO" to the lending.

No. I have be trying to sell my house for 11 months and no luck. It is not a problem house and it is cute and surrounded by a good neighborhood but everyone requirements something for nothing-especially in this buyer's market- so it is not selling. I be cautioned by an attorney against renting because:
Tenants regularly trash the house and you are stuck trying to locate them to recover damages(if it exceeds that covered by shelter,which it can by several thousand dollars)
So you could be stuck with a fixer upper, the mortgage on it and be powerless to sell or rent to anyone else until you obtain it fixed. Also, when you rent, you are responsible for all fixing expenses and some tenant can be horrible.You could wind up owing more contained by maintenance than you achieve in rent.
