If I had that sort of funds, I would buy an apartment complex right on the beach. Something that could reward for itself. I am not sure that the realtor have your best interest at heart ( they get a % out of the price for the house) . When i purchased my condo i did the discussions by myself i just hired an attorney to give somebody a lift care of the trial stuff and an appraisal guy.

Bullhead is +/- a partly hour from Kingman and Needles and is directly across the Colorado river from Laughlin Nevada and +/- 90 minutes from Las Vegas.

Realtors are generally pretty stupid. Ask the realtor to decree a preliminary title report from a title company and it will show whether or not the lien is attached to A. If you need a Realtor who's leader is not up his bum, please let me know.
