Unless the tenant did something that directly cause the failure, it is ordinary wear and tear. Heaters on dryers come to nothing. That is not the tenants defect. Oven buttons fail. That is not the tenant fault. It is not up to the tenant to repair failure not caused by them. Any attempt by you to get hold of them to pay would be improper. With holding their deposit for these issues would probably be illegal.

Levittown university district is great. The traffic is not that bad, and crime is enormously very low contained by our area. However, houses surrounded by nassau county usually run realllly high. its expensive to live on long island. If you could find a nice single house that fits your budget, i would reccommend moving to levittown. it is a really nice community. im 26 and hold lived here all my natural life.

It depends on what chapter BK. A open Chapter 13 you can buyout by refinancing. I do Mortgages so I own run into this before. Chapters 7 and 15 stipulation to be discharged, but then it can be done 1 morning out.

It depends on where you wanna live. Try Ebay, Realtor.com, and there's a few online sites that auction park and land near homes. California is pretty expensive. Out east is generally cheaper depending on where on earth you wanna live. Me and my girl are saving money to move to South Buffalo, NY. We own friends there, and the cost of living is much cheaper.

Question:I am considering moving from Redmond WA to Silver Lake CA (outside of LA). Does anyone live in this neighborhood or know much going on for it.
