Question:I am a RE investor in training. And I a moment ago got a property that I am suppose to live within as my principal home. I will rent out the rest of the rooms to generate cash flow. However I want to buy another property to generate more lolly flow. But I want to get a low loan rate rather. Is it possible to get a second loan short having to go and get an investment loan with giant interest?
I had a couple individuals tell me that within about 5-6 months I can write a message to my lender and tell them that I dont approaching to live there anymore for any use, ie hate the location, don't close to the neighbors, etc. and that I want to buy a second home and live in at hand. That way I can jump out and get me another loan for a low rate and hold that as my new principal property, while keeping the first home to rent out for change flow. These guys already has 6 homes and tell me that is how they have been doing it. Is this court? If not, how do so many of these investors take so many deal in such a moment?

I assume you mean Natomas and if you are going to work contained by the capital that is to say probably the best place to live. Newest homes, a little overpriced, but still worth it since they are so nice. Downtown is nice and inside walking distance of so many darkness spots, but most is older and rather run down. Roseville is too far to live, it takes roughly 20 mins to downtown on weekends and during morning rush hour it can take an hour effortlessly and if it is raining or foggy a lot longer than that. Roseville is great, I love it and lived at hand, but I wouldn't do it again if I had to work downtown. Don't move to Rancho Cordova or Oak Park any ;-)

A 1 bedroom apt in Natomas is probably basically a little over $1000 within downtown just a moment or two less. Roseville would be going on for the same as Natomas.
